CfL Scotland launches in Edinburgh

And blythe we’ll sing, and hail the day
That gave us liberty, man.

Scotland has never needed liberty more so our Scottish branch will launch on 18th November, 7pm at the Trout Anglers Club in Edinburgh.

Our second regional branch to formally launch, CfL Scotland is being headed up by Scottish Conservatives concerned about the increasingly obvious statism of the SNP.

Through Named Persons, the centralisation of Police Scotland and their growing inclination towards tax and spend policies, the SNP are seemingly fixated on monolithic government and ambivalent towards the rights of the individual. CfL Scotland will exist to challenge this orthodoxy both from within the Conservative party and without.

Conservative MSP Graham Simpson will be speaking.

A councillor in East Kilbride since 2007, Graham was elected to Holyrood earlier this year. One of the three Tory MSPs who backed Leave in the recent referendum, Graham’s pretty sound.

Entry will be by RSVP only so please respond to Scotland@con4lib.com as soon as you can. But be sure to respond on Facebook as well!
